WooHoo is our Czech-Style Pilsner. We use a traditional decoction mash to get a more characterful malt flavour.

A generous amount of Saaz hops are added to the kettle, which gives the beer an inviting aroma and a moderate bitterness. It spends 8 weeks cold-conditioning and is naturally carbonated.
