Shipping Info

We offer Ontario-wide flat rate shipping for $10. We ship orders out by courier two days per week and your beer will generally arrive to your home within 1-4 days of shipment. Most major centres receive their beer the day after pickup at our brewery.

Due to ongoing COVID restrictions and high package volumes, we ask for your patience if your order is delayed in transit. Unfortunately, our courier partners are not offering delivery guarantees as a result of this and we are therefore unable to offer any firm delivery date commitments.

Someone 19+ must be home at the time of delivery. Couriers will not leave the package unattended. Two delivery attempts will be made, after which the package will be sent to a depot for pickup.

We are not legally able to ship beer outside of Ontario. If you live in another province and would like some merch, please email us for shipping details.

Refund Info

We only offer refunds, replacement or exchange on product that is damaged in transit, missing, or spoiled.

For merch orders, if an item is not to your taste or size, we will gladly exchange it for you if the item is like-new, but we do not offer free return shipping (we're a small family business, not Amazon!).

Damaged and missing items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong items we’ll evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send a clear photo along with your email.

We are unable to process any exchange, replacement or refund more than 30 days after you have received the purchased goods.
