Wendy is a refreshing, barrel aged saison – a little tart, a little fruity, balanced with a touch of funk and a moderate bitterness. Notes of fresh apricot, ripe yellow plum, and apple blossom.

Made with 100% Ontario ingredients, this beer rested in French oak puncheons for 12 months before being canned. Our first barrel aged beer in cans!

Wendy is named after one of our barn cats. You can often see her roaming the fields around the brewery.

This is a tasty crusher of a patio beer!
