Chums

Floral. Pleasant.

Chums is a Pale Ale we brewed with our chums from Sonnen Hill in Caledon, ON. 

It's super drinkable with light citrus notes and big floral aromatics. It has a medium body with an appropriate bitterness to match. 

We usually use a yeast in our Pale Ales and IPAs that contributes all sorts of fruity notes, predominantly tropical and citrus. For this beer, we used a neutral ale yeast that lets the hops shine on their own. The hops we are showcasing are Cascade and come from Hayhoe Farms in Aylmer, Ontario.

As with all our beers, it was made with 100% Ontario malt.
