This 2022 vintage of Cherry Valley is a barrel aged beer that rested on 1600 lbs of whole Niagara tart cherries that we painstakingly processed by hand.

After a year in French oak puncheons, this mixed fermentation beer was reconditioned on the cherries. Super slakeable with a touch of tartness, oakiness and funk. But let's be real, it's all about the cherry.

Our brewery is just outside of Picton, on the way to Cherry Valley. You can see it from our patio!

Bottle conditioned and naturally carbonated. Brewed with 100% Ontario ingredients.
