All the tartness in Beauty comes from the Niagara-grown yellow plums, which contributes a totally different acidity than we usually see in sour beer. Bright, easy drinking and soooo plummy.

Bottle conditioned and naturally carbonated. Brewed with 100% Ontario ingredients.
