Low Key is a 5.6% Quebec-Style Pale Ale. What's a Quebec-Style Pale Ale? Good question. We've noticed that many of our friends' breweries to the east take a different approach to making hoppy Pale Ales. 

These Pale Ales are often dry-hopped at the same rate as their IPAs, although they are lower in alcohol. With Low Key, we have dry hopped it at a higher rate than even our heavily hopped IPAs, and made it with an ultra-pale base malt.

Low Key features several of our favourite hops, including Freestyle Riwaka, New Zealand Cascade, Tropical Fusion, and Superdelic. It's hop saturated while still being extremely drinkable and delicious. 

The mouthfeel is creamy and we get a distinct Riwaka presence which contributes some nice pink grapefruit and lime notes.
