Darren The One Eyed Cat (2024 Cab Sauv)

For the 2024 vintage of our barrel-aged Grape Ale, Darren The One Eyed Cat, we once again worked with Cabernet Sauvignon from Rosehall Run's 2023 harvest.

We rested a blend of 18 month old barrel aged beer on a whole bunch of County-grown Cab Sauv skins. We're talking a crimson hued, blackberry infused sangria here.

Darren is our barn cat. He came to us as a kitten, then left, then came back with one eye. He's our sweet, sweet boy.

Bottle conditioned and naturally carbonated. Brewed with 100% Ontario ingredients.
