The 2023 vintage of our Beauty barrel-aged wild ale once again features Ontario-grown yellow plums that we sun-ripened and pitted by hand. We rested a blend of barrel aged golden ales on these beautiful plums and let it condition for a long time in the bottle before release.

All the tartness in Beauty comes from the Niagara-grown yellow plums, which contributes a totally different acidity than we usually see in sour beer. Bright, easy drinking and soooo plummy.

Bottle conditioned and naturally carbonated. Brewed with 100% Ontario ingredients.
