Darren The One Eyed Cat (2023 Cab Sauv)

Winey and Fruity!

For the 2023 vintage, we made two versions of Darren The One Eyed Cat. The first to be released was the Pinot Noir, and this one is with Cab Sauv.

We rested a blend of 18 month old barrel aged beer on a whole bunch of County-grown Cabernet Sauvignon skins from Rosehall Run's 2022 harvest. We're talking a crimson hued, blackberry infused sangria here.

Darren is our barn cat. He came to us as a kitten, then left, then came back with one eye. He's our sweet, sweet boy.

Bottle conditioned and naturally carbonated. Brewed with 100% Ontario ingredients.
