River

Tropical. Honey.

River is an IPA born from our collaboration with Le Ketch brewery along the scenic shores of the St Lawrence River in Sainte-Flavie, Quebec.

This beer emerged from a chance meeting at a Montreal beer festival with Guillaume from Le Ketch. United by a shared brewing philosophy, we invited him to join us, resulting in the creation of River.

We carefully blended in 10kg of PEC-grown wine skins, enhancing the beer's fruity character. Nelson Sauvin and Cascade hops from New Zealand's Freestyle Hops, plus a touch of Citra, give River a tropical smoothie flavour with some light honey notes.

Despite our breweries being nearly 1000 km apart, the name "River" symbolizes the connection across the St Lawrence.
