Rattle

Candied Pear. Lychee. Melon.

Rattle is an IPA brewed to celebrate the 4th anniversary of our friends at Trust Beer Bar in St Catharines.

We used the best of the best hops from New Zealand's Freestyle Hops - Cascade hop kief and Nelson Sauvin. We get notes of candied pear, lychee, Welch's grape, and late summer ripe melon.

Made with 100% locally grown barley and oats.

The artwork by Justin Broadbent is inspired by the winding road up to the brewery which is affectionately called the "Slake Snake." It's also known to have actual snakes on it, but there's no snakes in this beer.
