Georgie is our freckle-nosed, super soft, take no s**t barn cat. She's named after our neighbour George O'Neil who was always so kind to us.

We put one year old, barrel aged beer onto lots of ripe, hand crushed Niagara peaches and left it for a long, long, long time. Delicate peach notes with a little pear and apricot. Super cidery.
